1. Find the topic on which you have to speak.
2. Once you got the topic now think that do you know anything about the topic, if yes then first of all put your point of view about the topic on a paper.
3. And in case if you don't know anything about the topic then research on that topic as much as you can. But remember one thing you have to apply this step only if you don't know anything about the topic.
4. You have to apply both steps 2 and 3 but first you have to apply 2 and then go for 3.
5. Once your research has been completed now take a note and pen and start putting your point of view based on information you had and you got after researching.
6. During your writing keep every kind of distraction away from the place where you are writing.

This is the most important part of your speech. this part will decide that you are going to bored your audience or make them interesting in your speech.

1. Watch videos of great speaker and observe how they are speaking.
2. Start doing meditation everyday, this will help you to make your voice deep.
3. Practice it in-front of your friends or in-front mirror or record you voice. after recording your voice listen and think that, am I satisfying with my speech.

As many studies have shown that whatever you are saying, it's impact on audience only 10-15% and how you are saying impact on audience 85-90%.
